Born in Saskatoon, raised in Abbotsford, B.C., Rob has been back in Saskatchewan for the last 35 years. Currently living in Riceton, he owns and runs a small cafe, along with a small tavern he operates in partnership with his wife on the weekends.
“Always being a mechanical person, I find working with metal and recycled materials very relaxing, and a way other than cooking to express my creativity. My works are really meant to be outdoor yard pieces. I feel that these materials have been in the outdoor environment for most of their time, why not enjoy them in a recycled form.”
