Deborah Potter has always had an interest in art and spent most of her career with Regina Public Schools teaching high school art. She has a Bed and a BFA from the University of Regina with distinction.
She also worked on curriculum development with SaskLearning, and was a writer for the ArtSask interactive educational website.
Ceramic sculpture and jewellery are both important to her art practice, and she often likes to explore crossovers between the two.
